Dana DeMott

Dana is a small town girl with some big city experiences. She is from Maryville, Missouri but spent her summer in Minneapolis interning for the big time agency BBDO as an account manager for the Hormel brand. While in Columbia, Dana spends her time outside of MOJO working as a supervisor at the Career Center on Mizzou's campus. She also enjoys spending as much time as possible being active in Greek life. When Dana isn’t working or volunteering, she lives life to its fullest. Despite her fear of flying, she got up the courage to leap from a plane at 15,000 feet above Earth's unforgiving surface. As she was plunging to the ground all she could think was, “Man, I’m glad to be off that plane!” Soon after, she spent a few months with her face in a state of paralysis. Was this a side affect of the skydiving? We’ll never know. But we do know that Dana looks fear right in the eye and still gets the job done. Along with her hard-core determination, she also has an eerie ability to win everyone over.
