Contrary to popular stereotype, Scott has never wanted to write the great American novel. (He has, however, like every creative person, wanted to be a rock star.) Advertising, though, has been a draw for him ever since he realized that he thought the Super Bowl was stupid, but that the ads had something going for them. He’s also an incessant movie watcher (which counts as cultural “research”) and a self-proclaimed comic book nerd. Scott currently helps create promotional posters and videos for Chi Alpha Campus Ministries and writes the radio spots for his employer, Lemstone Books. After graduation, he hopes to work for a non-profit company — and maybe write the great American novel.
