The myriad of roles and functions Alicia Drown can perform make her a virtual Swiss army knife.

While working at Prolific Interactive in Brooklyn over the summer, Alicia helped the startup get going by smoothly juggling design, strategy and copywriting. Back at Mizzou, she’s still honing her ad skills through her participation in AAF Mizzou and the National Student Advertising Competition.

Alicia prefers a clean, straightforward, no nonsense approach to life, like her main man and America’s pioneering president, George Washington. No lie, George gets prime real estate on many of the walls in Alicia’s apartment. The girl’s got a thing for honesty and wooden chompers.

Hailing from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Alicia doesn’t have to make the choice between west coast and east coast for her hip-hop listening pleasure. Being such a disciplined student of the genre, she has an encyclopedic knowledge of rap lyrics, and she’s always ready to bust out the perfect line for any situation.

As evidenced by her role as graphic designer for #Sharp, Alicia is a true artist. Though dabbling in multiple mediums, few compare to her real talent: drumming up delicious sandwiches.
